Word Problem

Today were learning about times tables and division and one of the question is 4 x 12 = 48 and how I got it was 4 x 10 = 40 then I did 4 x 2 = 8 and then I 40 + 8 equal 48.

Multiplication Pyramid

Today we had to do times table and how we did it was we had to do 5 x 4 = 20 and then 5 x 8 = 40 and then 40 x 20 = 80 and we keep going to the top.

This week Room 5 was learning Addition and Subtraction Word problems The one I liked from the slides was Reversibility and the one i thought that was hard was Equal Additions.

Today in class I learn't that 75 x 180 = 13500 and we had to do our Multiplication and how we do it is 1 x 5 = 5 and then 5 x 3 = 15 and you kept going to the end.

What I learn't was geometry and what we did was 2D and also 3D and we had to do the side view and the top view also the front view.

Geometry Writing

Today Room 5 was talking about Geometry and we had to make a rocket ship with the little cubes but we had to have 12 or 10 and.Had to do 2D also we had to do to buddy up with someone and I was with Justus and what. We had to do was one person is to draw a 2D rocket ship and the other person is to try and make it with the cubes also we had to take a photo from the top the bottom view and the side view.

What I learn't today was Decimals and fractions and what I felt about the word was little bit easy and what one of the problems I did was Write down the decimal and fraction of the shaded part?

What I did this week was probability and the one of the question was what is the probability median outcome? and why? 13,18,13,14,13,13,14,21,13= and the answer is 5/9 because there are 5 thirteens and altogether is 9 and it was pretty hard to do.

Year 7 And 8 Rotation

This week the year 7's and the some year 8's and what we did was we have three groups and my group was the Munchies and the other teams name was Churries and Fobalicious also one of our first activity was art and what we had to do is make a poster.And our second thing that we did was Team building and we did it with Mrs Judd And what we did was is to make the tallest tour with an marshmallow and no one won.
