Last week we had a school athletics on friday we all had to meet in the court, I was on the colour green (Hokulea) but I was wearing red with the tongan flag.

We all had to try our best at athletics day because we all had to try all of the activity and we also. Did but I didn’t get first,second or third at anything but unless I tryed my best.

We also had to 12 activity and our first activity was sack race and then second we did softball throw that was my second favorite out of all of the activity and also high jump. And my Favorite activity at the athletics day was volleyball and dodgeball.

On the last rotation the relay was with each colour and the colour that came first was the yellow team (Hikianalia) then blue (Hine moana). And I think red and green came a tie so then we had a parent and students and also. Teachers it was so exciting the students came first and the parent came second  and then the teachers came last.  

And there you go Try Your best At everything new but if you don’t then you won’t know what to do.

My Time At Point England School In Team 5

Have you ever been a senior student in Pt England? In Jan 31, 2017 is the day I started as a Year 7 in team 5. S.T.S is our school motto and I attend on making that come true.

Today we are doing Explanation writing about being apart of Point England school in team 5 (Year 7 and 8). I really liked being a part of in Team 5 because next year we will be leaders in pt england school.  

In term 1 everyone had to meet inside the hall. and when that was finish and us year 7’s went into the team 5 street and talked about what class we were in, and the class I was in was Room 5 with Mrs Ilaoa. and I (am a) little shy because I only have two friends and it was (is) Ajani and Justus  in my class.

In point England School we have sports that (we can) participate in. (and) we also have swimming in term 2 for every student in the whole school. And we also have morning tea and we play until 11 30 and 11 o’clock is our bell for eating and 11:30 is when we go back to class and then we learn for 1 hour.

In team 5 we have Morning Assembly at 8:30 and in each day each class does the mihi and the karakia.Also we have technology for short is tech what it is when year 8’s go to tamaki and do carving and hard material and also cooking and also graphics. But year 8’s in term  in week 2 they go to camp for 3 days.

So we have come to the end of my writing I will continue to finish it off properly in all areas of my learning to be able to strive to succeed.  

Musical Madness

This Morning we had an Immersion Assembly and the theme for this term was Musical Madness. And team one was playing snap and also playing music in the background and they also act out the song they were playing to in the background the song I could remember was Happy and also everything is awesome in the lego movie and also the ANZAC song.



Team 2 Also sang a song  and the song was (In The Jungle) also Mrs Gaston was singing and jumped in was Miss Peck with the little toy and I think little small balls inside it that made noise so then. Ms Tumahai was playing the Xylophone and it sounded cool so then Mrs Nalder was playing little drums and they played it altogether and they are learning to make there own song with there instruments.




Team 3 made a short video they made a video of song in real life like instead of talking normally to each other the sang to each other with the song they liked and my favorite part in that video was Ms Eadie and Mr Moran sang the work song by fifth harmony and Mr Moran sang the work song from rihanna.



Team 4 was my favorite video and what they did was Mr Goodwin and all of the team 4 teachers was songs inside a car and my favorite part I liked was the last bit with Mr Jacboson  listening to cool song but I don't know what it is called and it was a cool video.

Speech On Friday

On Friday Team 5 and Team 3 came together and there was 15 students that came and shared there speech to everyone and the person that said her speech was Amelia and her speech was about her nana and her mother and Amelia Nana was the cleaner at a school in. Pakuranga and it is called Riverina and her nana always smile at Amelia when she sees her.Also Amelia told us that her nana had passed way and my favorite speech was Roimata's cause she was talking about legends in her culture the Cook islands.

JELLY BEANS

Today Room 4 Literacy did the tooth and jelly beans challenge and how to play is what we had to do was get into 5 groups and try make anything. And how to win is try get more books on your item. And who was my team was Lanzie, Zack and Troy also Me and then we lost our one wasn't strong and we only had 2 books on it and we came last also we got to eat it when it was the end of the game.

Polynesian Poly Fest 2017

Have you been to Poly fest?

Poly fest is Were People from Tamaki college and other schools from the west auckland and the Eastside. And there is Maori,Tonga,Samoa, Niue and the Cook island also they perform  and they dance on the stage or they do the haka.

What activity there was when you put the right rubbish in the right bin and you pick up a option and. You put in the right bin and the other activity I did is stop and look left and right before you cross the road and we got a prize each.

My favorite part at the polyfest was when I went to get a moko and it so cool that we went to the maori stage and it was the best haka I saw. Also our group got to drink otai and it was the best drink I ever drank in my life.

What I learnt at the polyfest was not to tip water inside the pot if it is in fire or it will get bigger. And also burn your whole house and also you have to close the lid to make the fire not to burn your and that is what I learnt at polyfest.

I also had had fun at the polyfest and my favorite stage that I liked to go is tongan stage cause I like it when they do the kailo and my favorite school that does kailo is Wesley college cause they have the best I ever seen.

PES Olympics 2016

On Thursday our school had our own Olympics and I was in the Brazil team and our first game we played was scatter ball and it was one my best game because you have try and throw as far as you can and the other team we played was South Africa and we won and the points was 8 to 6 and we were all happy and my favourite part at the Olympics was the doge ball we kept wining against Ireland and on the end we were second and fiji was first.

 

Hiwi the Kiwi

Once upon time in 1998 there were two boys and also there names were Javan and Richard that went fishing, without an adult and no lifejacket and there was an huge rock that they bumped into.

So then one of them so Richard was drowning inside the water and Javan couldn’t do anything so then Javan had. To find an lifejacket to so he didn’t find one so then he had to swim to go and save him before he die into the water and then he just saved him from dieing inside,’’ the sea but then they all were safe so then they both found an lifejacket and then they were happy and they went back to fishing.

So then Javan was saying this to Richard so he said I heard that if you see an albatross just relaxing on top of the sea is were there is lots of fish just swimming around so then they went to go and see if there were  any fish in the bottom of the albatross so when they went to it and then they went to it and there. a lot of fish there but they had nothing to wet them with so then they had to wack them but they still didn’t fly away so then they went back home.

Did you know that Olympics is starting in August the 5th?

This term we had an Immersion Assembly at 8:50 at july the 25th and. The whole Pt England School and the team 1,2,3,4 and 5 and it was in the school

Team 1

What was my Top 3 favorite team was and my third favorite because they were learning about how to be an champion and also. Learning about healthy food and. I liked it because they were showing us how to be healthy and that showed me to be an champion and my second favorite……..

Team three was my favorite because they done my favorite TV show and it is Family feud but it was parody because it was quite funny because I like it how Mr Blakey is the main character in the in there movie. For Term 3 and My third favorite team is Team 4.

My Favorite part was team 5 because there the funniest because they were competition. and see who has the best dance moves and the countries were U.S.A and also New Zealand and. U.S.A was also most the best but New Zealand made me laugh because it was an man and it was mr wisemen  and he won the comp.

And how I felt was at the Immersion Assembly was kinder boring because I was hoping miss george was giving me an chocolate.

Mascot

                                             Vinicius Rio Olympics 2016

What the real Olympics Mascot looks like is he has small tiny ears like the

size of my fingernail and he is Mascot for the Rio 2016 Olympics and he likes to. Run, Jump and also Vinicius is mixed with different Brazilian animals also his special power is to stretch Vinicius also plays all the Olympics. He also lives in a tree house in Tijuca forest.

There are five layers of colour that go from lime green like the beautiful grass, light blue and it goes dark blue. Avengers Assemble!

Part1

One day it was 1972 and they were little boy they keep having an big fight at home and they always got into trouble so then when they were older like in 1992 they mother and they father died and they. Had to live by themselves and Thor was 19 and Loki was older then them and he was 21 years old and then they quit fighting and then they invented they own superpowers and they. Were so angry at each other that they wanted to kill each other and they used they there powerful suit to them.

Part2

So then when Loki was 31 and Thor was 29 they were fighting and then they were fighting and busting down the whole city of New York and everybody was so scared. So then they called the FBI and also the whole army of U.S.A and they were trying to shoot down the whole robots that Loki invented and they were to many of them to kill but Thor needed help to kill Loki. But Loki was to strong because he had to much back up and Thor had no back up all he had was his strong lightning hammer.

Part3

Part three will come out at 2031 and what will happen is that everybody died  but Loki and Thor was still alive to be continued…..  

   

Will He Save Her?

Part 1:

One stormy day there was a women named Mary Jane. She was a weather reporter and she had to go and do her job to check out the weather. As she was outside checking the weather conditions Hulk appeared out of nowhere and got so angry. He jumped out and grabbed her and quickly disappeared with her across the city of Auckland. So then Hulk Smash dropped her then SuperMan!!! Appeared to fly very fast and tackled her.Will HE Save Her? Part two will come out in 2019.

Part 2:

So did Superman Save Her so yes he did!!

So then Hulk got super angry So they had an fight and there were destroying the whole city of Auckland and then the whole army came and also the cops, FBI’s but Hulk is body was. Bulletproof so then Auckland was getting busted even the skytour was broken down and Superman was getting smashed and then. He was getting destroyed from Hulk and then he got super angry so then Hulk got beaten up and that was the end of part two.

Part 3 will come out 2030 and what will happen is Hulk come back alive and Superman updated his powers. And he got even stronger and you better watch this because it is the best better then all the action moives.

Alien's dark in at night so then they were putting this incheckshin so then he went back were he was. And then he started to know that he knew that he the Future so then started to call him Incredible.

So he had an job to save the world the highest he saved was only like 100 people the first time he saved an person was there was an person and he was crossing the road. So then walking and there was car that was going super fast so then he used his super speed and then he tackled him on  the path so that was his first day he had saved an person.

So then John the Incredible Future MAN so then his step family came to visit him but everyone  scared so then the FBI’s came. To shoot them so they shot one them so then John went very angry so then he got so evil so then he and his step family destroy U.S.A The End.

Immersion Assembly Recount

Pow!! Smash!! Yes that’s right we are doing comic ART!!!!!

Team 4 is studying about  comic art Wow!!!!! And it was in first day of term 2 on monday and  my favorite team video was but one team didn’t do an video. There were acting and that was team 5 but my favorite was team 1.

And my favorite video was team 4’s and there video was about avengers but it was an parody and it was the teachers and their name was.And also there crew is the teacher vengers but there was an bad bear. And his name is Bear Baxendine then he went to. Go and steal Bobby Jon’s!!!!  Chromebook hahaha so then he took it then Amateur Hero’s so then they saw Bear Bax with Bobby Jon’s. Chromebook so they went to go destroy him but Bear bax got them down so then they needed help an then. Teacher Vengers!!!!!! And the leader was Team Leader America!! And he is the Best also Wondering Woman then last superhero was Bat Guy So then they went Thwak!! Boof!!! Pow! So then Bat guy took the last hit Boom!!!! So it was prison time the End.

What was my second favorite play was team 5’s because it was a little bit funny because there was race and the team’s were Hokule’a so my team the best. Te Aurere Hine Moana and also Hikianalia so then Miss Clark was the person that says ready set go. So then the race had started so then were going and the red and the yellow one were coming last but. Hokule’a and Hine Moana so then there coming a tie and then Hokule’a my team they came first so yeah.

How did feel in immersion Assembly it was boring because I thought it will be fun but it wasn’t.
